Queen of Hearts Necklace

She is absolutely fabulous! Queen of Hearts is a necklace made up of 9 different Milagros heart charms adorned with gold plating and inlaid with clear CZ pave stones and deep red enamel.

The chain is 19 inches of gold plated stainless steel ovals that measure 4.5mm.

Charms are all 18K gold plated brass based.
