Refund policy

♡  Please be mindful of your purchase and read the descriptions in the items. I'm usually good about adding if you need to size up or down -- AND REMEMBER --

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

♡ PLEASE No PERFUME when trying on clothes. Tags must be attached. No make up, deodorant stains/sprays, or smells of any kind will be accepted. 

It's just me running the business, so it's a lot to keep up with everything and with that in mind, PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO RETURN A SALE ITEM ♡ 

1) Also **No Returns on Accessories -- that includes jewelry, hats, belts, etc.. 

2) Approved Returns are -- STORE CREDIT ONLY -- 14 day return window & then your item will not be eligible 

Items must be in the condition they were received to be accepted for return.

Return shipping: 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. Check spam mail if you don't see it in 7 days. You have an entire year to use your store credit and then it will expire. 

If a customer returns an item that is not returnable, the customer is responsible for the return shipping back to them. If a customer doesn't pay the return shipping, after 30 days the item(s) will be donated to a local shelter. 🖤
