We hope that you love all your purchases; However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

ALL DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES**

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED! No make up, deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

Returns will be refunded in form of store credit only. 

ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE FINAL SALE**

Please be mindful of your purchase and read the descriptions in the items. I'm usually good about adding if you need to size up or down.

Orders placed cannot be canceled. 

All Sale items are final sale. as well as shoes, jewelry, Hats and Brami's. 

Return shipping: 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS and UPS.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Item must be returned in original confirmation. They must be unworn and when trying on clothes they must be free from any kind of make-up, fragrances, deodorant stains, etc... If your return has any of these or a type of fragrance attached to it from being in your home or from trying on -- I will send you an email and your return will not be accepted. 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Holiday returns are extended but must meet all other criteria.

No Returns on Sale Items, Jewelry, Hats, Custom Items, Brami's, or Bamboo Clothing.

These are all FINAL sales.

If a customer returns an item that is not returnable, the customer is responsible for the return shipping back to them. If a customer doesn't pay the return shipping, after 30 days the item(s) will be donated to our local women's shelter. 🖤
